Free Standard Shipping On All US Orders
Standard shipping is free on every order shipped within the United States. There is no minimum order value and no qualifying threshold, so the price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves us. If the tracking number has not updated within a few days of dispatch, or if anything looks wrong, email support@chesguard.com with your order number and we will look into it.
International Orders
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for destinations outside the United States are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. The ChesGuard CG-GD1 is designed and certified for use in the United States, so please check the requirements that apply where you live before ordering.
Delivery Problems
If your parcel arrives damaged, arrives incomplete, or is marked as delivered but has not reached you, contact support@chesguard.com straight away with your order number so that we can put it right.
